Caring Team
The Caring Team, coordinated by Carol Ramsey, Kay Lynn Goldner, and Debbie Burton, provides support for people facing illness or life transitions, rides, meals, listening support (phone or other), visits, memorial service receptions, baby welcoming, and cards. Many people in the congregation help with one or several of those tasks. For example, Sara Switzer and Denise Allain head up the baby welcoming team that hosts simple baby showers as needed and coordinates meals for new parents. Terri Lynn Brewer has long led the card-sending team.
