Annual Awards & Nominating Form 2025

It's finally time to recognize members and friends of First Unitarian Church of Omaha for their actions, commitment, community building efforts, and representing the spirit of First U wherever they go. 

This year, the Nominating Committee wants every member of First U to nominate someone for our awards and open positions.

Please use this form to suggest candidates for the Nominating Committee to consider, whom you would like to see in leadership positions within our church. Final nominations will be voted on at the Annual Membership Meeting in Spring.

All nominations for awards and leadership positions must be submitted by March 9, 2025.
