Annual Awards & Nominating Form 2026

We are excited to recognize members and friends of First Unitarian Church of Omaha for their actions and commitment. Participate now by nominating people who have made a difference!

Additionally, some of our church leadership are finishing out terms, and it is up to our members to nominate people for positions on the Board, Nominating Committee, Capital Trust, and Right Relations Committee.

Please use this form to suggest candidates for the Nominating Committee to consider. Final nominations will be voted on at the Annual Meeting in the Spring.

All nominations for awards and leadership positions must be submitted by February 14, 2026.
