First U & Midtown Crossing Parking Garage

UPDATED 03/06/2026:

Park Omaha now runs the Midtown Crossing Parking Garage, with a third-party vendor answering calls (or not) during off hours and weekends. Recently, our members and friends using the garage have experienced increased issues.

I have been in daily communication with Park Omaha this week to try and remedy the situation.

THERE IS NO VALIDATION SYSTEM. You do not need to validate your ticket, and I have removed the machine. It hasn't been doing anything for you in quite some time, I promise.

For this Sunday (March 8), if you exceed two hours at the parking garage, you can pick up a new ticket in the foyer (where the validation machine used to sit). Note, you only need a new ticket if you exceed two hours.

If you experience any issues with the parking garage, please contact me. Please provide the original ticket number, the day and time, and the amount paid. I cannot give the City accurate feedback if problems aren't reported. The City is particularly interested in unanswered and/or unhelpful help button inquiries.

This situation is evolving, and I will do my best to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience. Please note that the parking garage is always free for the first two hours and is $1 each hour after that.
