Annual Vision of Ministry 2025/26

Updated: Oct 7

The Board of Trustees met for the 2025 Board Retreat in August and formulated the Annual Vision of Ministry (AVOM), as prescribed by Board policy.

The AVOM is a short list of priorities to be accomplished in the forthcoming year.

The Board finalized approval during the September Board Meeting, and it will now be turned over to the MTC to translate into an action plan.

The 2025/26 AVOM follows:

1) Streamline church governance.

2) Promote a stronger intra-congregational community.

3) Encourage Social Justice – partnerships with and service to the wider community.

4) Adopt a more sustainable financial management process.

*During the October 2, 2025, meeting, the Board of Trustees amended the Annual Vision of Ministry (AVOM) to address language issues and reword certain points to strengthen their impact.

- Sheri Conner, President of the Board of Trustees
